Item arrived on time (luv that prime shipping) and in excellent brand new condition with instruction manual and safety documentationHeavy duty forged safety hooks on each end that are easily operated with one hand hooks open up to 3/4" and would close around #6 rebar the hook looks big enough for #7 bar but I don't think it would fit through the gatethe rope is kinda stiff but most things are when you pull it out of the boxNOTE: This is not a quick one handed adjustable positioning lanyard with a rope grab on one end
