The Alfa VS-12DH is the disc holder for Hobart to convert the VS-12 vegetable slicer into a grater. This product will assist you in creating another use for the vegetable slicer. It is the perfect tool when you need to grate or shred cheese, cole slaw, hash browns, nuts and spices. The Brass Collar helps lock the holder in place when rotating. 6 month warranty. Hand wash, do not place in dishwasher as this can/will seize the unit and void warranty! Fits 9/16 inch diameter hubs.
