This two-tined roasting fork is designed for stabbing meat during the carving phase and turning it during cooking portion. Made from forged stainless steel, this fork is durable for either commercial restaurant or home use. The full tang handle is triple riveted to retain strength and it will never get too hot in your hand. This product measures at 12 inches long.
