The #12 Hubless Chopper Plate is made from German tool steel. This plate will fit size 12 meat grinders and power attachments. L&W plates are made with special chrome-vandium steel for more efficient processing. 1/4 inch holes for a medium grind. Replaces Hobart P-16425-1.
