The Alfa KD-5/16 inch grater and shredder disc plate is a German-made stainless steel, high quality shredder plate that is used with Hobart mixers. This medium grate / shred and is recommended for cole slaw, hash browns, bread crumbs, hard vegetables and soft cheeses.
