They work great for 90% of my Salt water jigs. I need these in one size larger (X-Large) for my Yo-Yo irons. Tady 45, etc. but this size is good for even smaller jigs, which is nice to not have to decide which jig takes which size. They lock on nice but easy to remove. They don't take up too much additional space in the box when in place, although if you DO use these for your smaller lures, it gets tight. Then you want to order the smaller size for those as well.
